FMX Growth Allocation Fund

The investment seeks capital appreciation without regard to current income. The fund invests primarily in no-load, institutional, and exchange-traded funds (“FolioFunds”). It invests primarily in FolioFunds that have an investment objective similar to the applicable Fund’s or that are otherwise permitted investments under the applicable Fund’s investment policies. The FolioFunds’ investments generally will include, but are not limited to, equity securities.

The investment seeks total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests primarily in no-load, institutional, and exchange-traded funds (“FolioFunds”). It invests primarily in FolioFunds that have an investment objective similar to the applicable Fund’s or that are otherwise permitted investments under the applicable Fund’s investment policies. The FolioFunds’ investments generally will include, but are not limited to, fixed income securities (such as bonds, corporate debt securities, convertible securities, TIPS and other treasuries).
